Xperia：app设置允许接收后台消息
用等车软件的时候，设置了到站提醒。但是在锁屏状态下收不到到站提醒。应该是电池优化里禁用了。
在设置里找到了一个设置，添加允许后台运行的例外。
settings -> Apps & notifications -> special app access ->power saving feature 找到对应app
或者settings -> battery -> 右上角菜单 -> power-saving exceptions 找到对应app
添加例外后就可以在消息中看到通知了。
